Buddha and our flat

Our home is a little Asia-inspired, because Sweetie and I love the Asia-Spirit.

This is in our hallway. The Buddha is actually a fountain,
but we decided to let him stay this way.
We added some flowers and he is the good spirit in our flat.
I love him.

Linkin Park and Art

My best friend Lu visited us since Friday and we had a great time at the weekend.
We haven’t meet for 2 years and it was great as always, when we’re together.
We've made Sushis and Miso-soup and ate Mochis (japanese cakes) and she told us from her China-tour last year. She's made wonderful pictures and showed us catalogues from other artists she'd met there.

I’ve showed her my art-making, she didn’t knew about ATC’s and Deco’s, and she helped me with the CDR-project, I have on Nervousness.
It was awesome inspiring and we made a China-Deco together too.
She gave me lots of stuff from China, like admission tickets and such.
It's almost a shame, that she's not into mailart, but I think her paintings would be awefully missing her. *g*

Here are some pictures from our work together:

Yesterday we were at the Linkin Park-Concert with Sweetie and my sister.
Amazing show and it was great to see the guys live for the first time.

And here some projects I've worked on recently:

My fortune cookie for today *g*

My Fortune Cookie told me:
You would do well to remember that radioactive cat has eighteen half-lives.
Get a cookie from Miss Fortune

Decos

Here's a picture of a Wall-Literary Quotes-Deco that beachstudio made for me, waiting for artists to work on. Isn't it beautiful?

And here's a Frida Kahlo-Deco I've made for amidaly on Nervousness via Deco-pif.
Hope she'll like it.

Sushi and new year

Since my dear friend Lu introduced me to a delicious food called Sushi, I've became very fond of them.

In fact, I love not only the food, I love Sushis as motive too. Charms, Purses, etc.

Last month I decided to do a Sushi-swap on swap-bot and here's what I've sent to my partner in Japan:

Everything is from etsy, except the winding Sushi.

Hope, she'll like it. :-)
